Mr. Jacob Richman is an oleh who made aliyah 25 years ago and has a high internet prescense through his different websites that help people interested in making aliyah with all sort of things, such as help for people looking for a computer job in Israel, help in learning Hebrew, etc.
He sends an email to everyone that belongs to his facebook page periodically about trips he makes to Ben Gurion to welcome new olim who come on Nefesh B'nefesh flights.
Here is his most recent email out to his facebook group:
On Tuesday morning, September 8, 2009, I was at Ben-Gurion
airport to greet the new olim that made aliyah from
North America to Israel.
There were 204 olim on the flight including 81 singles.
I took 307 photos of the exciting event and posted them online at:

During the welcoming ceremony there was an unexpected
