Rav Yisachar Shlomo Teichtal, zt"l, wrote in the introduction to his book Eim Habanim Semeicha that Eretz Yisrael can serve as a zechus for a person. In writing Eim Habanim Semeicha, Rav Teichtal's purpose was to use the zechus of Eretz Yisroel to provide a yehoshua for him and the Jewish people from the Holocaust. By writing this blog, hopefully Eretz Yisrael will be a zechus for me and my family to have a succesful aliyah and klitah.
