Gov. Charlie Crist believes praying by the kotel has saved his state, Florida, from Hurricanes.
The above video from Shmais.com is of the governor describing how he believes that Florida has been hurricane free thanks to prayer notes he placed at the Kotel. Each year he places them there or has asked someone to place them. The notes, he said, say this:
"Dear God, please protect our Florida from storms and other difficulties. Charlie."
He said he left the first note in 2007 during a trade mission to Israel.
