Its quite special to see the amount of publicity that new olim receive after they make aliyah these days.
For example, this past week there was a Nefesh B'nefesh flight that arrived in Israel and I received multiple emails about the flight's arrival.
J. Richman who is very active is promoting aliyah and helping olim find jobs and learn hebrew with his various websites, sent an email to all of his contacts last week with the following stastics of who the olim where and with pictures of the olim! According to Mr. Richman, there were:
-238 olim on the flight;
-63 of the olim were singles (55 joining the IDF);
-there were 36 families with 113 children;
-the youngest oleh in the group was 3 months old;
-the oldest oleh was 75 years old; and
-the flight also included 4 dogs and 3 cats.

Jpost and Haaretz had posts on this olim. I even received a video from Mizrachi Day School in Cleveland. This is the high school that has tons of extremely humorous videos on youtube.
Here is there video of olim from the day school that moved to Israel:
You can watch NBN's offical video of the Olim by clicking here. The video is 2 hours long and its a great way to get excited about aliyah.
